Die casting is a commonly used type of permanent molding process. Wherein the surface finish and tolerance of the die-cast parts are in good quality and defects can be eliminated in most cases. Moreover, it is one of the most versatile and prolific metal casting processes, characterized by the use of a mold cavity to apply high pressure to the molten metal. Makoto has been operating on die-cast parts for over 25 years. We mastered skills as to how we can design and eliminate defects of the die-cast items starting from the trial stage to mass production.

The die-cast items that we produce are durable and dimensionally stable. We strictly monitor the die-cast items based on the specifications given by our customers. Thousands of identical castings produced with little or no machining process and additional tooling is required. Furthermore, this results in shorter lead time in processing the items, and the delivery schedule is just on time.
