How long will it take to design a jig?
It depends on the form, size, shape and product specifications. For example, strictproduct with complex shape product design would take 6-12 hours to design and simpleproduct would take 2-3 hours to design.

What kind of material is used in jig making?
The material we use in Jig making are JIS A5056 (Aluminum), JIS S45C (Mild Steel), JISSKD61 (Steel), Polyoxymethylene (POM), and Bakelite material.
Where do you fabricate your jigs/fixtures?
We fabricate our jigs at our Machine Shop area since we are equipped with conventionalmachines both lathe and milling, as well as CNC also both lathe and machining centers.
